DOWNLOAD the REGISTRATION forms for 2008:
You must print the

REGISTRATION FORM
AND the
PARENT CONTRACT

Fill out BOTH forms and send them to Kelly Telech at Rosa Parks by Friday, September 16th.

If you were not at the mandatory parent meeting, please make sure you read the powerpoint presentation, parent contract, and realize that every parent must help in some way!

November 1: DI Skills Day, Rosa Parks
Feb.21: DI Instant Challenge Day, Louisville
March 21: DI State Tournament, Louisville
~May 20-30: Global Finals, Knoxville

Practice Days

D.I. practices will be on Mondays from 4-5 pm at Rosa Parks. Practices will be every Monday from October-March.
Extra practices will be needed in the spring. These practices will vary
